Tucked into Morrison Canyon with sweeping views of the Stuart Range, Sunlight Waters is a private mountain community just east of Cle Elum, Washington.
Our more than 300 lots spread across three divisions are home to a mix of full‑time residents and weekend owners who come for the quiet, the views, and the easy access to everything the Central Cascades have to offer.
Members enjoy a community clubhouse, seasonal pool, well‑kept common areas with two lakes. Utility services are from Kittitas County Water District #7 and Puget Sound Energy. Sunlight Waters is a member‑governed Washington nonprofit corporation, led by an elected Board of Trustees.
